Backlight of COG products sometimes falls off, how to fix it?

1. Disadvantages of backlight detachment：

The backlight of COG products falls off and require re-gluing, which wastes time, reduces efficiency, and affects product aesthetics. It is indeed necessary to prevent this problem from the design stage.

2. Reasons for backlight detachment:

The detachment is mainly due to structural design and material defectiveness. The main reason is the poor structural coordination between LCD and backlight, and the selected double-sided adhesive material has insufficient viscosity.

3. Suggestion:

1) If space available, it’s suggested to add hooks to the light guide plate.

2) Choose materials with high viscosity.
