What is double 85 test? Can CNK display modules pass double 85?

Double 85 is test in simulation environment: to test the products performance under 85 degree high temperature, and 85% high humidity. Next work out the inference data of products working life in regular environment.

How is the test done? Set the temperature to 85°C, and humidity to 85%RH, run it ceaselessly for 1000 hours.

The double 85 test is important to verify performance of display products. All display modules should be able to stand the test, to make sure that the modules are used for long life cycle, in different environments and conditions.

If needed, CNK display modules can be made to pass double 85 test. In order to pass the test, the liquid crystal, polarizer, PIand other materials must be carefully selected.
